equipment, we also tune in to the needs of our employees and make sure they remain focused
and motivated within the business environment.
In the area of
ensuring occupational health and safety, Elmont d. o. o. adopted a Safety
Statement with Risk Assessment, which serves as the basis for all measures necessary for
ensuring health and safety at work, preventing work-related hazards and risks, informing
and training the workforce, providing directions, ensuring proper organization and supplying
the necessary physical means for this purpose. Organizationally and technically, all work
assignments are undertaken in a way so as to make sure the health and safety of employees
are not compromised. The occupational health and safety management system is part of the
integrated management system and has been upgraded in accordance with the BS OHSAS
18001:2007 standard.
Believing that there is no such thing as too much knowledge, we provide continuing
theoretical and practical training for our employees, who take part in various forms of
training specifically tailored to job requirements and the employees' interests. Apart from the
traditional forms of training, such as seminars and workshops for our expert staff, we place an
increasingly strong focus on internal or in-house training.
Throughout the year we organize several
casual get-togethers, where our people get to know
each other better through a range of sporting and fun activities and that way contribute their
share to maintaining good personal relations.
Our employees all have
accident insurance, and some of them are included in the
voluntary
pension insurance scheme, through which we aim to ensure financial security of our
employees after retirement.
