Organizational structure
The company Elmont d.o.o. Krsko operates as a limited liability company. The basic organization of the company is executed through processes that are conducted by separate departments. On the primary level, the company is managed by the company director. The secondary level of hierarchy is subdivided into 6 sectors, namely:- sector of quality control,
- sector of technology,
- sector of commerce,
- sector of finances and accounting,
- sector of personnel management,
- sector of occupational safety and health.
For the purposes of the latter three sectors, we employ the services of external contractors. We place great confidence in the services of the accounting company Gem d.o.o. Krsko, with which we have been cooperating since the establishment of our company.
An important segment of our organizational structure is also the sector of occupational safety and health, which provides reliable and helpful consultancy and performs theoretic and practical training courses in occupational safety and fire hazard control, so that our personnel may be fully qualified for safely conducting their work.
Some activities that fall under the competence of external sectors are also conducted within Elmont, mainly the preparation of documentation which enables external contractors to acquire a complete picture in regard to the operation of our company.
