Indoctrination

Employees of the company Elmont d.o.o. Krsko possess the following competencies:

  • Authorization of the Chamber of Engineering of Slovenia for responsible operations manager and responsible construction site manager for complicated, less complicated and simple facilities, and authorization for responsible construction overseer for complicated, less complicated and simple facilities / Basic operations management exam
  • Basic Nuclear Power Plant Technology Qualification (OTIJE)
  • RZ-3 Radiological Protection qualification for employees working within the radiological containment area, and RZ-2 Radiological Protection qualification for operation managers leading works within the radiological containment area.
  • Training of responsible personnel / radiation protection - the Jožef Stefan Institute
  • Qualification for external contractor operations manager, for those employees that assume such functions.
  • Qualification for work on high-voltage and low-voltage devices
  • Qualification for movement and operation within power plants
  • Qualification for conducting measurements on electrical installations
  • Qualification for internal auditors according to ISO 14010, 14011 in BiroQ
  • Program of General Training conducted in order to accustom all employees to the fundamentals of the internal regulations of the NPP Krsko, which must be familiar to all those who operate within the technological area of the NPP Krsko
  • Qualification for procedures of equipment isolation
  • Qualification for safe forklift operation
  • Qualification for safe elevator operation
  • Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead Auditor Qualification
  • Qualification for the operation of devices in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex devices)
